This sweet and salty treat brings back memories of weekend nights—warm biscuits right out of the oven, loaded with chocolate chips, strawberries, Cool Whip, and crispy Bright Leaf Bacon. It’s like dessert and breakfast had a Southern baby!
Ingredients:
Cooking Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (or follow biscuit package instructions).
Place biscuits on a baking sheet and gently press a few chocolate chips into the top of each.
Bake according to package directions until golden brown.
While the biscuits bake, cook Bright Leaf Bacon until desired crispiness, then chop into small pieces.
Slice fresh strawberries and set aside.
Once biscuits are done, let them cool slightly, then slice in half.
Layer the bottom half with Cool Whip, strawberries, and bacon pieces.
Drizzle chocolate syrup on top, then add the biscuit top.
Serve warm for a fun, indulgent treat!
