Good morning! The best part of waking up is with this breakfast dog on your plate. This hot dog is loaded with flavor, packed with protein, and easy to make!
Ingredients & Toppings:
- One 1 lb Bag of Bright Leaf Hot Dogs
- 1 Pack of Bright Leaf Bacon
- 1 Pack of Carolina Curemaster Country Ham Slices (sold online or at the Bright Leaf Country Store in Smithfield)
- Eggs
- Cheese
- Your Favorite Hot Sauce
- Hot Dog Buns
- Hashbrowns

Cooking Instructions:
- Grab Bright Leaf Hot Dogs, Bacon, and Carolina Curemaster Country Ham Slices, and the other ingredients you need!
- Put everything on your Blackstone or griddle and start cooking!
- Season the hashbrowns with Bojangles seasoning and follow the instructions on the package
- Cook the hot dogs for 5 - 6 minutes on one side, turn them over and cook for another 3 - 5 minutes ( the black char-grilled mark is a good sign they're done).
- Cook bacon to your liking - better to make it soft, so the bacon doesn't crumble when you bite the hot dog
- Fry the ham with a little bit of oil and cook for a couple of minutes on each side
- Cook the eggs sunny-side-up
- It's time to stack!
- Open the bun, split the hot dog with a knife, lay it flat, and add a slice of ham, as much bacon as you want, a scoop of hashbrowns, shredded cheddar cheese, and egg, and then hot sauce.
