Celebrate Taco Tuesday with us by making your tacos with North Carolina's favorite hot dog, a Bright Leaf Hot Dog!
Ingredients & Toppings:
- One 1 lb Bag or 2 lb Bag of Bright Leaf Hot Dogs
- Tortillas
- American Cheese
- Onion
- Hot Honey Mustard
- Mule Sauce
Cooking Instructions:
- Grab Bright Leaf Hot Dogs and the other ingredients you need!
- Throw the hot dogs on the grill and cook for 3 -5 minutes on one side
- Turn the hot dogs over and cook for another 2 - 3 minutes.
- While the hot dogs are cooking, put slices of American cheese in tortillas and put them in the microwave for 10 - 15 seconds, wrapped in a wet paper towel.
- Dice the onion
- Remove the hot dogs from the grill and put them in the warm tortillas.
- Sprinkle on chopped onions
- Add a drizzle of hot honey mustard and mule sauce.
- Take a bite
- Enjoy!
