- (1) Tub of Philadelphia Original Cream Cheese
- (2) Cans of Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies

Cooking Instructions:
- Peel off the casing and then brown sausage in a skillet, then drain off the grease
- Preheat the smoker or oven to 350 degrees
- Add sausage, diced tomatoes, and cream cheese to the skillet
- Put the skillet on the smoker or in the oven, stir every five minutes until cream cheese is melted and blended
- When cream cheese is melted, bubbling, and starts to thicken, remove from heat
- Enjoy with tortilla or corn chips.
