How to Cook and Smoke the Ham
- Start with a Bright Leaf Spiral Sliced Ham
- Then use honey mustard as a binder & season with your smokey seasoning.
- Smoke the holiday ham using cherry wood.
- When the cooker reaches 250 degrees F, place the ham on the indirect side until the internal temperature reaches 130 degrees F.
- Then add the mango pineapple rum glaze until the ham reaches 145 internal temperature and allow to rest for an hour before slicing and serving.
